IFC Cimentaciones Especiales, S.A. was created in April, 1967, as a company specializing in Special Foundations and with the goal of engaging in its activities at national level by participating in projects involving a considerable level of technological know-how and the need for a technical team with the ability to offer appropriate solutions for every problem.

Following its incorporation in Barcelona, IFC Cimentaciones Especiales, S.A. has been involved in projects throughout Spain with its most active areas being Catalonia and Aragon as well as the Levant and Andalusia. Since 2007, it has also operated in Madrid and its activities are centralized in three basic regional offices for the North, South and Central Regions. In addition, part of its business, approximately 20%, has been in large-scale projects in various parts of Spain through collaboration agreements with other companies in the sector.

IFC Cimentaciones Especiales, S.A. has a highly renowned technical and operational team, backed by years of experience and the loyalty of our clients, thus allowing us to offer our clients everything from the execution of their projects, as previously designed by their own technical team, to the production of turnkey projects in line with the client’s specifications, including the collaboration of our technical team with the Supervising Architect of future projects so as to obtain a feasible project technically able to resolve the challenges posed by clients with optimized costs.
